1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrandExpand (brandexpand.app), you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

BrandExpand is a Human+AI Content Automation platform. It automatically discovers relevant content topics, adapts them to your brand voice, optimizes for search engines and AI discoverability, and publishes across WordPress, LinkedIn, and email channels. BrandExpand is a product of Data Innovation, SL.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, logos, designs, and databases are owned by DATA INNOVATION, SL or properly licensed. No reproduction, modification, or distribution without explicit written permission.

Content generated by BrandExpand on your behalf using your brand inputs belongs to you, subject to your active subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use BrandExpand to generate content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, constitutes spam, or damages the reputation of Data Innovation or BrandExpand. Users bear full liability for damages caused by breaches of these Terms.

5. Service Continuity

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary outages.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed as described on the pricing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable consumer law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
